Infrastructure for AI agents
// in production.

BlueTier builds the load-bearing layer beneath autonomous agents — pre-action forecasting, credit metering, and bespoke engineering for operators who can't afford a quiet failure.

One live. One in beta. One in design. All opinionated by default.

The wall between your agent and disaster.
A token-metered REST API your agent calls right before any irreversible action — sending email, moving money, running SQL, deleting files. It weighs risk against reversibility and returns a 0–100 score, red-flag codes, safer alternatives, and a GO / CAUTION / STOP gate — with a signed decision receipt for every call. A few seconds per call. Free tier, no card.

Drops into the stack you already run.

One tool — forecast — in front of any action your agent takes. Ships as a one-tool MCP server, installable plugins for major agent runtimes, a copy-in guard for every major framework, and a CI/CD action for Terraform, migrations, and deploys. Wire it in in minutes, no SDK lock-in — and every verdict comes back with a signed, offline-verifiable receipt.

Correct defaults for each threat model: runtime guards fail open so an outage never breaks your agent; the CI/CD action fails closed so an outage never waves a deploy through. Backed by public, reproducible benchmarks you can run yourself against the live API.

Also live: x402.blackwalltier.com — Black_Wall tuned for agent-to-agent payments over the x402 protocol. Screens counterparties against OFAC before signature, AP2-aligned, live on Base mainnet.

An invoice is a claim. A Traceipt is proof.
Every payment your agent makes over the x402 protocol becomes a signed receipt an auditor will accept. Ed25519-signed, chained tamper-evident, and folded into a Merkle root anchored on-chain — so it verifies offline against published keys, years later, with no trust in us required. USDC on Base. The forget button for AI.
Deleting a user from your database isn't enough — their data lives on in vector stores, RAG indexes, prompt logs, and model memory. Lethe finds every copy, removes it, and issues a signed cryptographic receipt your DPO can hand a regulator. Tagging-first, no retraining.

// 02 · Mission

We build the load-bearing layer beneath autonomous AI for the operator whose name is on the deploy, not the vendor selling the model.

The frontier of AI gets the headlines. The infrastructure gets the bill. BlueTier ships the unglamorous primitives — metering, forecasting, guardrails, audit — that turn an agent demo into a system you can put in production and walk away from.

// 03 · Approach

Tools that fail safely. Products that earn their keep.

BlueTier is an independent shop run out of Las Vegas. Every product we ship is one we use ourselves first. Every engagement is taken with the assumption that the system has to survive the day we stop watching it.

We don't do vapor demos. We don't do retainer theater. We ship infrastructure and we measure whether it held.

01

Failure is the spec

Anything that can't articulate how it fails isn't ready to be deployed. We design for the failure mode first, then the happy path.

02

Metering or it didn't happen

If you can't see what an agent did, what it cost, and what it touched — you don't have an agent, you have a liability.

03

Small surface, sharp edges

We resist the urge to build platforms. Each product does one thing and exposes the smallest possible API to do it.

04

Operator-grade defaults

Hard limits on, free tiers visible, audit logs on by default. The behavior an experienced operator would set anyway — without you having to ask.
